  • 2 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the Potatoes: Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
  • Roast the Potatoes: Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Add the Parmesan Cheese: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
